This Foreign Talent Matching Platform is designed to assist foreign master's and doctoral degree holders in securing employment within Taiwan's industries. Currently in its pilot phase, the initiative aims to encourage foreign graduates to pursue careers in Taiwan. The platform provides access to the latest industry insights, job opportunities from Taiwanese companies, employment matchmaking services, and information on domestic corporate networking events. Additionally, a dedicated service center for foreign master's and doctoral degree holders has been established to offer support, including employment matchmaking for high-level industry talent, assistance with adapting to work and life in Taiwan, as well as guidance and consultation services. This initiative aims to bridge the supply and demand gap for high-level foreign talent in Taiwan's industries.

 

「外籍高階人才媒合平台」旨在協助外籍碩士與博士在台灣產業界尋找就業機會。目前正處於試辦階段，本計畫致力於鼓勵外籍人才在台灣發展職涯。平台提供產業趨勢資訊、台灣企業職缺、就業媒合服務，以及國內企業交流活動的相關資訊。此外，專為外籍碩博士人才提供高階產業人才的就業媒合支援、適應台灣職場與生活的協助，以及諮詢與指導服務。本計畫的目標是縮短台灣產業對高階外籍人才的供需落差，促進國際專業人才在台的引進與留用。
