In the spring of 2025, a series of job-matching and seminar events are taking place across Taiwan. For many international master's and doctoral graduates who wish to pursue a career in Taiwan, this presents a rare opportunity to take a step beyond the familiar academic environment and enter real workplace settings. These events offer participants a direct platform to interact with company representatives.
The event series kicked off in February in Kaohsiung and was subsequently held in Taichung, Hsinchu, and Taipei. Taipei Co-Space and the Taipei Bioinnovation Park, along with Feng Chia University and National Tsing Hua University, served as key partners in promoting and supporting the events. Each session gathered a diverse group of domestic companies, including TECO, TCI, Wistron, Micron, HIWIN, and Shin Jan, representing major industries such as semiconductors, biotechnology, AI, and startups. Job seekers were able to submit their résumés on-site, receive initial consultations, and take part in résumé reviews, career counseling, and workplace culture briefings — providing practical and valuable resources to support their career development.
