為協助在臺國際學生及外國人才深入了解臺灣就業市場並提升求職競爭力,國科會外國人才媒合計畫於5月7日及5月13日展開職涯培訓與就業媒合系列活動,透過職涯講座、履歷健檢及企業媒合等多元方式,協助參與者掌握產業趨勢與就業機會。To help international students and foreign professionals in Taiwan gain a deeper understanding of the local job market and enhance their career competitiveness, the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Foreign Talent Recruitment Program organized a series of career development and employment matching activities on May 7 and May 13. Through career seminars, résumé reviews, and one-on-one recruitment matching sessions, the program assisted participants in understanding industry trends and exploring employment opportunities in Taiwan.
5月7日舉辦之職涯培力活動,共吸引來自12個國家的21位學員參與,其中約八成為碩博士生,七成為應屆畢業生或工作經驗較少之青年人才。參與者主要來自印度、印尼及越南等國家,並涵蓋巴基斯坦、泰國、海地及沙烏地阿拉伯等多元國籍。活動內容包括履歷撰寫、面試技巧及臺灣職場文化介紹,並安排專家提供個別諮詢與履歷健檢服務。活動整體滿意度達4.55分(滿分5分),學員普遍認為課程內容實用,對未來求職準備具有實質幫助。On May 7, the Career Development Workshop attracted 21 participants from 12 countries. Approximately 80% of the attendees were master's or doctoral students, while 70% were recent graduates or young talents with limited work experience. Participants mainly came from India, Indonesia, and Vietnam, with additional representation from Pakistan, Thailand, Haiti, Saudi Arabia, and other countries, reflecting a diverse international background. The workshop covered key topics such as résumé writing, interview skills, and an introduction to Taiwanese workplace culture. Participants also received individualized career consultations and professional résumé review services from industry experts. The event achieved an overall satisfaction score of 4.55 out of 5, with participants widely recognizing the practical value of the program and its significant contribution to their future job-search preparation.
5月13日於國立臺灣科技大學舉辦就業媒合活動,共有16家企業參與徵才,吸引160人報名面試;參與者以工程科技領域人才為主,同時涵蓋商管、人文社會及跨領域專業背景。透過企業攤位交流及現場面試,參與者得以直接了解企業需求與產業發展趨勢,企業亦能接觸具國際背景之優秀人才,促進人才與產業需求之有效媒合。On May 13, an Employment Matching Event was held at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, featuring 16 participating companies seeking talent and attracting 160 registered interview applicants. Most participants came from engineering and technology-related fields, while others represented business and management, humanities and social sciences, as well as interdisciplinary backgrounds.
透過職涯培力與就業媒合雙軌推動,本系列活動不僅協助外國人才提升求職能力與職場適應力,也進一步強化國際人才與臺灣產業之連結。未來將持續推動相關人才媒合與培力措施,協助更多優秀國際人才在臺發展,為臺灣產業注入多元且國際化的人才動能。Through interactions at company booths and on-site interviews, participants were able to gain firsthand insights into employer expectations and industry trends. At the same time, participating companies had the opportunity to connect with highly qualified talent from diverse international backgrounds, facilitating effective matching between industry needs and global professionals.
